Training during COVID-19
We’re starting to reintroduce outdoor training as the British Triathlon guidelines and our coaching capacity allows and will add tickets to training sessions if we need to limit numbers.

- Group swim training
We’re still running virtual and indoor sessions and challenges
- Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
- Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
- Yoga & Pilates (Zoom)
- Weekly virtual races. Individual discipline, Duathlon (indoor bike), Team marathon challenges.
