Training during COVID-19

We’re starting to reintroduce outdoor training as the British Triathlon guidelines and our coaching capacity allows and will add tickets to training sessions if we need to limit numbers.

Outdoor training

  • Group run sessions
  • Group swim training

We’re still running virtual and indoor sessions and challenges

  • Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
  • Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
  • Yoga & Pilates (Zoom)
  • Weekly virtual races. Individual discipline, Duathlon (indoor bike), Team marathon challenges.
